Disappointingly small pool!!! Valet service could use more staff during busy times!!! If the hotel could just ensure timely transportation arrangements, it would dramatically improve the guest experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The staff at Holiday Inn Uruapan By Ihg went above and beyond to assist me, even offering me helpful information about the surrounding area during my stay.

Location a bit tricky to find.

staying at the hotel was perfect because Uruapan National Park is just a short walk away, providing beautiful views, and the Tingambato Archaeological Site is less than 2 kilometers away, making it easy to explore the rich history of the area.

oh what a shame, i almost wanted to write a good review, but the staff forgot my taxi request at 5:45AM, then my room was standard like everyone else’s, not an upgrade in sight. clearly, this place doesn't care about true guests, just regulars. next time, maybe someone will deliver better service than just forgetful faces.

The culinary delights at the hotel were a true highlight! The iced coffee was a game-changer, and the breakfast had me feasting on delicious options. Plus, the room was impressively clean and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures.

However, the pool was disappointing in size, which was a bummer. The early morning taxi request was forgotten, but we managed to sort it out and keep the fun flowing.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had a nice ambiance but the staff could be rude about outside food.

It certainly wasn’t inexpensive but it was still acceptable.

It was just a nice choice for a weekend breather in Uruapan with good price-value balance. The restaurant staff went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed every meal, which was really appreciated. Try to make reservations for dinner to avoid waiting in line during busy hours.
